Nintendo R4i Gold card doesnt work anymore?

Hi everyone,

I have a Nintendo DSi and bought a card with it so i could download and play games on it. However i updated my firmware to version 1.4 and the card stopped working. I found out on the internet that my card couldn't work in combination with firmware 1.4 and I needed to buy the R4i Gold card (V1.4). I did and it worked fine for a few months but when I deleted some games to make room for new ones my card suddenly stopped working. When I startup my DSi I get to the main menu and need to select my R4i card (it sees it as a Danny Phantom game). After that I get a "Loading..." screen and it doesn't do anything anymore. I also never got the loadingscreen before.

I have used the DSi for checking my emails on the internet many times so that can't be the problem. Also, I've tried formatting the SD-card and installing new(er) software. Nothing seems to work. Do any of you guys have any suggestions?

Q&A with Florida State Seminoles football coach Jimbo Fisher (St. Petersburg Times)

TAMPA -- As usual, it's a busy spring for Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher,
who stopped at Raymond James Stadium on Friday night for "Noles Night at the
Cove," one out of 15 booster gatherings he'll speak at in a five-week span.

Fisher took a few minutes between a plate of barbecue and pictures with fans
to speak with the _Times_ about the season ahead, local high school standouts
emerging as Seminoles stars and FSU's return to Tampa Sept. 29 to face USF at
Raymond James Stadium. Friday's event drew more than 500 fans, and Fisher took
home a $25,000 check from the Tampa Bay Seminole Club toward an indoor
practice facility.

Q: Since you're in Tampa, we'll ask about sophomore running back James Wilder,
the Plant graduate who was arrested in February and suspended from the team,
then reinstated midway through spring drills last month, scoring a touchdown
in FSU's spring game. What did you see from Wilder this spring and where does
he stand entering the fall?

A: "He's doing very well right now, very well in school. Really thought he had

I'd try going on xbox.com and sign in to your profile, from there you might be able to download it onto your computer then onto the new hard drive but this is all hypothetical i'm not sure if it'll work.

Even Renters Need Short Term Loans for Housing Issues

Renters and foreclosures

Renters are using short term loans to help with the loss of their homes. Since the recession, many homes have been foreclosed on and many of them were rental properties, complete with renters living there. These renters are in difficult situations, not knowing when to leave, what the procedure is or what to do. Now a new federal law has been enacted that offers renters protection from eviction if the property they are renting is lost in a foreclosure.

The Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act

A Federal Reserve release reads, The fundamental purpose of The Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act is to ensure that tenants facing eviction from a foreclosed property have adequate time to find alternative housing. To that end, the law establishes a minimum time period that the tenant can remain in the foreclosed property before eviction.

The National Low Income Housing Coalition, or NLIHC, estimates that about 40% of houses in foreclosure have renters in them. The President of the NLIHC Sheila Crowley said, This bill brings long overdue relief for the most blameless victims of the foreclosure crisisthe families who, after paying their rent each month, are suddenly told they must move out of the homes because their landlords have been foreclosed on.

How the new law works

The Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act gives renters with existing leases the ability to stay in their homes until the leases terminate. The only way an existing lease can be altered is if the property is purchased by new owners who plan to use the home as their primary residence. In that case, the renter is still allotted 90 days to move, with the law overriding the lease termination day. Crowley added, There are stresses when the home you are renting is going into foreclosure and most people have budgetary issues that wont allow them to immediately relocate.

How renters are managing

Increasingly, families that have to relocate rely on short term loans, family help, and savings to facilitate the move. Plainfield, Illinois resident Howard Gregory said, It was hard when we had to move, but having financial resources was what kept us hopeful for a solution." Industry experts are warning every renter to have some sort of emergency fund just in case. It's vital they have the means to act fast if need be.

The Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act also helps tenants who do not have existing leases. According to the new law, they still have 90 days to manage their move. This allows them sufficient time to find and move to a new residence before eviction proceedings can even start. That's some good news for the millions of American renters. Its a way for them to manage a difficult situation.

The future of renters and foreclosures

The numbers speak for themselves. Foreclosures are pervasive in the US today. The estimates are that over 60% of homes in Las Vegas, for instance, are foreclosures. That means many renters may have difficult times ahead of them. They might need savings or short term loans for moving. The Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act should make things a bit easier.
